A batch of fake 1-star reviews can be bought from public broker networks for roughly $89. Removing the damage is slow and rarely fully succeeds.

Rogger for trades

Every job you get paid for becomes a payment-verified review.

Connect your card terminal or accounting software and each paid job turns into a review anchored to a real card-payment reference — issued by the payment processor, not typed in by the tradesperson. It is the strongest proof of a genuine customer in the trades, and a competitor cannot fake it.

The problem

Anyone can post a fake — and customers can't tell which tradies are real.

Anyone can post a review of your business on Google — real or not — and a competitor can buy fake ones cheaply. You can't tell which are genuine customers, and neither can the person choosing between you and the next tradie in the search results. Rogger fixes that: every review is anchored to a real, card-paid job, so genuine customers stand apart from anything that isn't real.

How it works

You do nothing new on the tools.

The card payment you already take becomes the anchor for a verified review.

Connect your system

Tyro, Zeller or Square terminals; Xero or MYOB; ServiceM8 or simPRO — via a one-time read-only connection or a simple export. No new workflow on the tools or the truck.

A job is paid on the card terminal

The customer taps or inserts their card. The payment processor authorises it and issues an auth code and retrieval reference (RRN). That reference lands in your records the way it always has.

Rogger reads it first-hand

We read the payment reference straight from your own system — export or connected source — and hash the customer email on your side. No customer name, email or phone ever reaches us.

The review is payment-verified

The customer leaves a review tied to that real, paid job. It carries a Payment-verified mark — the top verification tier — that a competitor cannot fabricate.

Why it holds up

Authentic at the source — and independently checkable.

The reference comes from the processor, not you

A card-payment auth code or RRN is issued by the payment processor (Tyro, Zeller, Square) — or a paid-invoice reference by your accounting software — when the job is actually paid. The tradesperson does not mint it. That is what makes a verified review authentic at the source. Full validation against the issuer is future hardening.

Zero customer PII stored

Emails are hashed before they leave your premises; we never store customer names, contact details, or job addresses. Australian Privacy Principles aligned.

Independently checkable

Every verified review is anchored in a public, tamper-evident log (committed to the Bitcoin blockchain). Anyone can confirm it was not altered — you cannot, and neither can we.

An independent platform — like Google

The reviews are the customers', not your advertising.

Rogger is an independent, third-party review platform — the same model Google uses to host business reviews all over the world. Customers leave their own reviews; you don't write or control them. Rogger's job is simply to prove each one is genuine — anchored to a real, card-paid job — and to give you moderation tools on your own surfaces. What you choose to publish in your own advertising is your call, exactly as it is with any review site.
